With origins dating back to the 15th century this majestic structure was a noble residence and Papal seat for centuries until the 1980s. It has now been immaculately restored to create 11 apartments, a private chapel, restaurant and recreation areas such as the swimming pool. The Main Villa
In total there are 1700 sqm of floor area spread across the main villa and adjacent two storey building.
 
One enters the villa into a grand hallway with imposing wooden staircase connecting the three storeys of the property. The ground floor of the villa provides impressive reception rooms for communal use including the original chapel which remains consecrated. Location
Located within a medieval hilltop village one can simply step into the street to enjoy a coffee or aperitif at the neighbouring bar or buy basic provisions from the grocery shop. The village sits within the rolling countryside between Florence and Pisa. In under 30 minutes one can be at Pisa Airport or on the beach and within 1 hour one reaches Florence.
